During the time studying abroad, Nora's warmest companion was a giant poodle named "Shiyi." From the first day Shiyi came into her life, every meal Shiyi enjoyed was crafted by Nora's family business Jianuojia – safe, nutritious, and healthy, just like the care given by family. Soon, Shiyi's glossy fur and vigorous vitality became the envy of friends: "What's this extraordinary dog food? Where can we buy it?" However, at that time, Jianuojia had not yet entered the local market, making every grain of food precious. Facing the expectant yet disappointed eyes of her friends, Nora made a promise: "One day, I will let pets all over the world eat such reassuring food."

This promise eventually transformed into the birth of Promise.

After returning to Singapore, Nora gathered top scientific research teams.  Relying on the authoritative technical support of the Biomedical Laboratory at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor in the United States, and taking more than 20 years of pet food R&D experience as the foundation, she created a new brand - PROMISE - adhering to the concept of "scientific formula + ultimate safety".

This is not just a name,  but a testament to her care for Shiyi,  the agreement with friends, and a solemn promise to pet owners worldwide.

Today, PROMISE sets sail from Singapore and enters the warm homes of Southeast Asia, the fiery deserts of the Middle East, and the vast grasslands of Central Asia.  Every grain of food carries the story of Nora and Shiyi, conveying the belief that "love knows no borders, and health knows no bounds."
